Refund and Returns Policy
We strive and do our best to make sure items are of the greatest quality, unfortunately sometimes that is not the case. Unforeseen circumstances where something may be defective may be a real bummer when you are looking forward to your new collectible. Keep in mind all items sold as collectibles and are not intended for abuse or to be used as toys for children. We accept no responsibility for regular wear and tear as well as damage and or injuries from these items. In the event something something just isn’t right, contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, exchanges for any reason.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Some items are exempt from being returned such as Custom Prints, one-off or collectible items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We only accept returns for items that are defective. We take care to ensure all prints are of a high standard of quality, but defects are a normal part of the production of 3D prints. Items are sold as is. Items are unpainted unless otherwise specified.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within typically 30 days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@haunt3d.net.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exceptions
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include Custom Prints, One-offs, Special orders, limited edition items and more. If you are unsure if an item would qualify for a return please contact us at support@haunt3d.net before placing a purchase and we will help clarify to the best of our ability.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
